Payment
We accept Paypal, bank deposit, cheque &  money order as a form of payment.

Paypal
We use Paypal  to securely process our orders online.  You do not have to have an account with Paypal to use this method.  It is a very easy way of paying online using your credit card or elect to have funds debited directly from your bank account.

Shipping
Orders are shipped via Australia Post and are sent on the same day as payment has cleared.  Postage costs include packaging.  Please inform us is if you require registered post as this will cost  extra (approx $2.50 - Australian residents only).  Please allow up to two weeks for delivery.  I cannot be held responsible for postage hold ups as they are beyond my control.  A guide to postage costs is outlined below:

For Australian Residents
$3.00 - up to 250g (1 item only)
$5.50 - up to 500g (approx 2-3 items)
$10.50 - up to 3kg (approx 4+ items)

For International Residents
$10.05 - up to 500g - Zone A - New Zealand
$12.25 - up to 500g - Zone B - Asia/Pacific
$14.35 - up to 500g - Zone C - USA/Canada/Middle East
$17.45 - up to 500g - Zone D - Rest of the World

Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return your goods in its original condition within 14 days and you will recieve a complete refund.  Please also include a copy of your order confirmation & invoice.  Funds will be credited to your Paypal account or by direct deposit.  I cannot send cash via Australia Post. 

Sale Items
I am not an authorised stockist of some of the past season items listed at discounted prices and deal with secondary market of these items.  I, in no way, represent the brands I sell however I can assure you that the labels are genuine and if you have any questions regarding authenticity, please contact me through the Contact Us page.

In most cases, you can gain access to the personal information that Rascals & Ragamuffins holds about you, subject to some exceptions allowed by law.  If you would like to check or amend your contact details, please contact us.  We will deal with all requests for access to personal information as quickly as possible.
